TOG is looking for a super organised, dynamic and creative social media native to own our organic social media strategy and activation across all major platforms for our integrated campaigns, always on and reactive activity. We're looking for someone who is extremely passionate about social content, who understands both long term strategy and the daily conversation. Independent, proactive and always ideating!

You will have at least 2 years experience running social media for a brand/s, including experience in audience/channel strategy and planning, content production, community management, reporting and analytics. Experience with both B2B and B2C brands and audiences will be really useful.

You will be a master of communication and collaboration to deliver incredible creative work both individually and partnering with both with inhouse creative and digital teams and external agencies.

What you can expect as our Social Media Executive

  1. Strategy and Planning
    1. Align and own our organic social media strategy to build and support our brand narrative
    2. Be a shining example of our brand visual and verbal identity with engaging and brilliant content wherever we show up on social
    3. Drive brand awareness with our target audiences and support our commercial objectives
    4. Drive engagement with TOG social media audiences across existing and future channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube + other)
    5. Actively maintain the organic social media calendar as part of our overall campaign planner
  2. Campaign Activation
    1. Actively participate in and contribute to campaign briefings
    2. Develop creative, innovative and super aligned organic social channel activation plans to support campaign objectives
    3. Execute social activity in line with approved channel plans - developing content and ensured it's recorded in our campaign planner
    4. Scheduling campaign social activity
    5. Manage the always on organic social media program
  3. Social Platform Management
    1. Identification and management of our technology platform for social media management
    2. Planning and scheduling of all posts (campaign, always on and reactive content)
    3. Support and promote breaking news and PR coverage on our social channels
  4. Influencer Strategy
    1. Develop and implement a relevant and targeted influencer strategy to drive brand awareness and consideration
    2. Management of influencer partnerships either directly, or in partnership with our PR agencies
  5. Content Production
    1. Produce assets for social channels including copywriting, editing image selection/editing, video editing
    2. Attend TOG member and media events to capture content and share highlights with our followers
  6. Community Management + Listening
    1. Manage social communities to monitor feedback and complaints and respond accordingly to maximise engagement and satisfaction
    2. Identify and implement strategies and tactics to actively engage with TOG clients, members and partners on our social channels
    3. Develop a social listening program to monitor brand, competitor and industry social media activity and trends
    4. Look for reactive and future opportunities for the brand, sharing these with the wider team for consideration
  7. Partner with the TOG Digital and Creative teams
    1. Collaborate and communicate with the TOG digital and creative teams to ensure alignment
    2. Actively participate in wider team meetings and events
  8. Reporting
    1. Strong understanding of social media analytics for paid and organic activity
    2. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of our organic social media performance and campaign activity
    3. Analyse and report on social sentiment
    4. Identifying opportunities for development/innovation
    5. Presenting findings to the team at regular intervals

We'd love to hear from you if you've got

  • 2-3 years experience in social media gained either in-house or agency
  • Excellent understanding of social media landscape, channels and content types
  • A background in marketing for real estate, flex space or professional services companies
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C audiences
  • A marketing/communications related degree or equivalent
  • An excellent writer with the ability to create exciting and engaging posts and content.
  • Excellent understanding of social media channels, content formats and trends

  • Analytical ability to understand metrics and reporting
  • Excellent understanding and skills - MS Office
  • Competent in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout etc)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders, internal teams and external agencies
  • Super organised, attention to detail and ability to manage a budget
  • Ability to collaborate with others
