This individual with work closely with the Head of Corporate & Sales Director to develop a clear business strategy to

drive new business opportunities into TOG's portfolio of products. The individual will create a clear account

management strategy for the increasing numbers of corporate businesses TOG are engaging with. This key leadership

role within our sales department will be responsible for building and delivering an effective proactive sales strategy

across the portfolio through improving existing functions & creating new approaches to client retention and new


What you can expect as our Senior Business Development Manager

· Fully manage, convert and transact memberships (Co-working, Lounge and Virtual Office) enquiries

· Be the first point of contact for members and potential members by telephone, email or leads from the TOG website

· Qualify clients through analysis pre-call to learn about their business and potential needs

· Liaise with the prospective client and confidently qualify all leads and offer the best and most suitable solution for them

· Convert the enquiry to viewing stage through objection handling and detailed discussion around the TOG portfolio

. Within one hour, liaise with the prospective client and agent to discuss our memberships

· Deliver and exceed daily/weekly KPIs set by your sales manager

· Work effectively as part of a team towards group KPI targets

· Speak at various industry events across the UK & EMEA

· Speaking/panel opportunities by a number of CRE organisations and corporate occupiers such as Estates


· Collaborate with Marketing and Head of MR and Events to deliver curated events for partners across all


· Internally presenting at both local and companywide events, positioned as a thought leader internally

· Introduce clients via affiliate (non brokerage partners) : The Telegraph, Anglo American, Herman Miller,


· Launched European BD partnerships for lead generation

· Detailed knowledge of CRM

· Relevant industry knowledge

· Proven track record of successfully leading a BD function

· Sales team management

· Qualification in Database Systems desirable

· Experience in analysing sales performance

· Experience in running events/meeting room space

· Experience in training staff within sales environments

· Leadership capability
